Airline Transport Pilot Theory (ATPL Theory) is one of the stages you undertake when completing your route towards Commercial airlines pilot seat. It can be started right after your PPL and it is a must-have if you are pursuing airline pilot dreams.

The theoretical course comprises 757 hours. The duration of the course is estimated to 12 months.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

An applicant for the EASA ATP (A) modular theoretical course shall:

  • Have attained the age of 17 years;
  • Hold a valid PPL (A) issued in accordance with ICAO Annex 1;
  • Be able to read, write and orally communicate in the English language to a minimum of ICAO Level 4;
